You are purchasing a direct to film transfer that will require the use of a heat press. If this is your first time ordering from us or you are working with new fabric, we do recommend ordering a couple extra transfers so that you can determine the optimal time, temperature and pressure setting as each heat press does vary.
The film is a “cold peel” which means the film needs to be completely cool before attempting to peel the film away from the design.
Refer to the How to Press section for more details instructions.
Water based ink printed on high quality PET film.
Items ship from Spring Hill, Florida using either FEDEX, UPS or USPS depending on the best fit for the project.
Due to the custom nature of the product, returns or exchanges are not offered.
If your product is defective, please contact us for a resolution.

The items I ordered were great. Shipping time takes longer than I really expected especially for the amount of items only 5 items took almost 2 weeks to get notified they had shipped and arrived 3 days later.
I really enjoy using these transfers
I will definitely order again. The transfers came flat without damage and each was perfect. No skids or marks or missing pieces. Colors were bright, sharp and lines are clean and crisp. Very happy with my purchase.
When we unrolled the transfers 3 or 4 of them were stuck to each other or either were printed on top of each other so they were totally useless On other the print was not solid so when I printed them they looked like the words had bubbles in them Very unhappy with the whole order Betty
