Orders ship within 5 business days unless rush production is selected. This is the time it takes to prepare your order for production, print, check and package your order for shipping.
Ground shipping has no guaranteed delivery date, we do offer 2 day air and next day air at checkout. USPS tends to be less reliable in terms of scan updates on tracking and predictability for delivery. UPS Ground is better at scanning packages as it moves through locations and tends to deliver all packages within 1-7 business days depending on your location. We print and ship from Spring Hill, FL. The closer you are to us the faster your order will be delivered. Ground shipping is free once your order meets the minimum posted value of $75 after discounts. Sales tax does not count toward free shipping. Your order will be shipped using the lowest cost carrier (UPS or USPS) when it qualifies for free shipping. If you require a specific carrier, please contact our office at 352-340-4343 option 2 or email hello@weprintupress.com within 1 business day of your order.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages if you decline the Package Protection offered at checkout
Package Protection* is offered for every order. The system will automatically calculate the insurance cost based on the items ordered and the shipping region. Please check the tracking on your order before contacting us about a missing package.
*Package Protection covers lost or damaged packages. IT DOES NOT COVER ORDERS WHERE THE CUSTOMER ENTERS THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. If you choose to not use Package Protection to insure your order, We Print U Press is not responsible for any lost or damaged products. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of these items.
If you have Package Protection, please note the claim deadlines below for lost of damaged packages:
~ Lost - 10 business days from the last tracking update/scan. Package Protection requires customers to wait 10 business days before filing a claim as packages are sometimes delayed in transit or prematurely marked as delivered, especially with USPS.
~ Damaged - within business 3 days of when package is marked as delivered. Please make sure you contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged.
If the customer enters the wrong shipping address, and the package is returned to us undamaged, the customer will be responsible for covering shipping fees to resend the package.
If the customer enters the wrong shipping address and the package is marked as delivered, we will offer a discount on the order reprint and the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
In the event your package is lost or shows as delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to your local contact (either USPS or UPS) as soon as possible. Please also send an email to hello@weprintupress.com or call us at 352-340-4343 option 2 within 48 hours so we can also assist in locating your package and determining next steps if needed.
An order status of “unfulfilled” means your order has not been shipped (our normal production time is 5 business days (unless a production upgrade was selected) it will be updated to “shipped” once your order has been printed and is leaving with UPS or USPS. We do not pre-print the shipping labels ahead of time, they are printed when your order is packaged for shipping (after printing and quality control checking).
Please allow plenty of time for shipping during high volume times like the holidays.
We do our absolute best to ship all orders out within 5 business days (current turnaround time will be listed on banner of website). Weekends and US holidays do NOT count as a production day. Day 1 of production is the business day after you place your order. If you place your order on a Friday, Monday is the first business day, unless Monday is a US holiday. Shipping transit is in addition to the production time. Please plan accordingly.
If you have orders with different types of items, they may ship separately. We do not process orders on the weekends or US holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.
All transfers ship out of Spring Hill, Florida.
