Vector files like SVG, AI, or EPS give us the cleanest results and scale to any size without losing quality. PNG files with a transparent background (300 DPI+) also work great. If all you have is a JPEG from your bulletin or website, send it — we can often work with it or help you recreate it.
Our pricing tiers start at 12 shirts. We're able to accommodate smaller batches for special cases — just ask. For first-time guest gift programs, we recommend ordering a small stock of 24–48 shirts so you're always prepared for new visitors.
Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush orders are available — mention your event date in the form and we'll do everything we can to meet your deadline. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your camp or event.
Yes! Personalization (camper names, cabin names, team names) is available as an add-on. Just note it in the special instructions section of the form, and we'll factor it into your quote.
