By uploading a custom design and placing an order on WePrintUPress.com, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

User Agreement to Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms: By uploading a custom image and placing an order with WePrintUPress.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy. This agreement is effective upon your use of our service and remains effective until terminated by either you or us.
2. Responsibility for Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is in compliance with this policy and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Customer's Responsibility

1. Image Rights and Permissions: When you upload a custom design to WePrintUPress.com for DTF transfer printing, you affirm that you have the legal right to use the image. This includes ensuring that the image does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WePrintUPress.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of another, or any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services.
3. Content Verification: While WePrintUPress.com does not review the content for legal compliance, we reserve the right to refuse to process any order that we believe may infringe on the rights of a third party or violate any laws unless you can provide written permission from the copyright or trademark owner. (Etsy purchases typically do not cover this requirement as they do not typically have permission from the copyright or trademark owner.)

We Print U Press's Limitation of Liability

1. No Responsibility for Uploaded Content: WePrintUPress.com is not responsible for the content of the images uploaded by the customer. Our role is strictly limited to printing the designs onto DTF transfer sheets as per the customer’s instructions. We only use the designs to fulfill your order. Custom designs are not shared on social media, in marketing, or listed for sale on our website without explicit written permission from the customer providing the images beforehand.
2. No Redistribution or Sharing: We do not redistribute, share, or otherwise make public any custom images uploaded by our customers. All uploaded content is considered confidential and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
3. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall WePrintUPress.com, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any:
   1. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
   2. Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services.
   3. Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein.

Intellectual Property

1. Respect for Intellectual Property: WePrintUPress.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and we prohibit users from uploading, posting, or otherwise transmitting on the WePrintUPress.com website any materials that violate another party's intellectual property rights.
2. Notification of Infringement: If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:
   1. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
   2. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site.
   3. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
   4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
