Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75, with no minimums required on individual transfers.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business and customization of products we can not accept returns, If you receive a wrongly printed item please reach out to us within 3 days of package receipt so that we are able to remedy the matter. Send your inquiry to hello@weprintupress.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception (PRIOR TO PRESSING) and contact us within 3 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Send your inquiry to hello@weprintupress.com.

Order Cancellations

There is a 10% fee assessed for all cancelled orders (or you can receive 100% store credit for a future order with us). This fee covers the fees that we are charged by Shopify and other credit card processors as the fees are not refunded to us. Our team has also invested time in reviewing your order and preparing it for processing.

ANY complaints or issues with your order MUST BE brought to our attention via email sent to hello@weprintupress.com within THREE DAYS of your order being delivered.

ANYTHING PAST 3 BUSINESS DAYS IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
