I love all the DTF transfers that I have bought and used from your company. I think your prices are fair, and the turnaround time is good.
The reason for the rating is that, when trying to have my own designs made into DTF transfers. There always seems to be a problem. I design in Cricut Design Space and Canva. When I upload my designs to make my own gang sheet, everything falls apart. Before I save them, they are the size I need/want, and I have them at 300dpi as recommended. I upload them, and they look fine until I put them on the gang sheet. All of a sudden, they are so tiny that I can hardly see them. Then I resize them to what I want, and now the dpi is too low. I have called several times asking how to fix this issue, but to no avail. It is so frustrating for me. I still want to know how to make my designs work correctly when creating a gang sheet.
In one email I sent, I was asked to upload one of the files, and 'he' would take a look at it. I sent it but never heard back. Not good customer service. An email stating that he didn't know or telling me what the issue was would have been helpful.

I the "I make my own Roads" transfer, and we love it. The colors are awesome. It makes the picture just pop. They are so clear and vibrant. I've gotten several comments on it. It's simple to transfer onto the shirt. I'm in awe as each one I apply and peel back the plastic protector. I would definitely recommend weprintupress.com for all of your DTF transfers. Just take the L if you order from this company. No customer service and 9 days.... even if its 7 business ones... If you want to make money order somewhere else.

I have ordered many times from this company, DTF, UVDTF, single and gang sheets. Love the quality of them. They last --my toddler age grandkids wear these all the time, numerous washes, dries, rolling around--still perfect after a couple of years!

I'm so excited you have new camping DTF transfers as I use them on my t-shirts for my employees and customers at our new campground. I ordered a bunch and can't wait to get them. They are so fast and easy to iron on that I don't sublimate t-shirts anymore. Love you guys!
I ordered on 3/8/25 and did not receive the order until 4/5/25. They responded to my first email about tracking. And then didn’t not respond with my second email. I had to get USPS involved in helping me track the order since I got no help from them even on my second attempt. I guess I will get the same response others received regarding shipment and tracking. No customer service here.
Thank you for your feedback. We did receive your email on 3/25 and responded the same day, letting you know we were having our postal rep investigate the delay. We followed up again on 3/27 once USPS located your package and confirmed it was back in transit. We're happy to see it was delivered on 4/5.
