Customer Service Issue

I ordered on 3/8/25 and did not receive the order until 4/5/25. They responded to my first email about tracking. And then didn’t not respond with my second email. I had to get USPS involved in helping me track the order since I got no help from them even on my second attempt. I guess I will get the same response others received regarding shipment and tracking. No customer service here.

We followed up again on 3/27 once USPS located your package and confirmed it was back in transit. We're happy to see it was delivered on 4/5.

I love buying my DTF prints from we print u press. I make t-shirts mainly for family but occasionally I’ll sell at craft shows, because people will see my son’s shirt that I made and everyone wants one. So I decided to sell a couple at craft shows.
