Please make sure your design is properly sized and the background has been removed before uploading it to our site. Your UV DTF transfer will be printed exactly as the file is uploaded, so please review your artwork carefully before submitting your order.

If you place multiple designs within one cut size, you will receive one sheet of film in the cut size ordered. Individual designs will not be cut apart.

Background removal, file setup, and additional art services are available for an additional cost. Please use our “Submit Your Art Request” form to receive a quote. Art services may require additional processing time.

Not all surfaces are compatible with UV DTF transfers. We strongly recommend testing the transfer on your specific item before completing a large production run.

Please note that colors can appear differently from screen to print due to differences in monitors, devices, and printing processes. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Artwork Requirements

When uploading your artwork, please make sure it meets the following criteria:

• Recommended Resolution: 300 DPI

• Preferred File Type: PNG

• Artwork should be uploaded at the actual size you would like it printed

• Artwork should have a transparent background

• Your design will be printed exactly as uploaded

• Any background, including a solid color or unwanted pixels around your artwork, will print

• Please check spelling, sizing, image quality, and artwork carefully before submitting your order

Important UV DTF Information

UV DTF transfers are intended for hard surfaces and are not designed for fabric or apparel.

For best adhesion, the application surface should be clean, dry, smooth, and free of oils, dust, and debris before applying the transfer.

UV DTF transfers use a strong adhesive and are intended to be a permanent application. Once applied, they may be difficult to reposition or remove without damaging the transfer.

We recommend hand washing finished items for maximum longevity. Avoid prolonged soaking and harsh scrubbing directly over the transfer.

UV DTF transfers are not recommended for surfaces that will come into direct contact with food or for areas where the transfer may come into direct contact with the mouth.
