WE CAN NOT PRINT Trademarked images (NFL, Disney, fashion brands, college/universities, etc), screenshots, and watermarked images without written permission from the trademark/copyright owner. These images will be removed from your order and WILL NOT be printed. If your entire order contains these images, it will be canceled and refunded. If you have the proper permission, written proof should be emailed to hello@weprintupress.com.
Custom Direct to Film (DTF) Transfers are digital heat transfers that allow for vivid, full-color transfer printing using eco-friendly water based ink to create a heat transfer with so many possibilities.

When uploading please make sure that your images meet the below criteria:
- Dimensions are exactly 22x24"
- Recommended DPI: 300
- File Type: PNG
- Image should have a transparent background. THE DESIGN WILL BE PRINTED EXACTLY AS IT WAS LOADED. IF THERE IS A BACKGROUND (SOLID COLOR BEHIND YOUR IMAGE IT WILL PRINT.)
- Can be used for a single image or add multiple images as a gang sheet as long as it fits in the 22" x 24" print area.
Can be used on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/poly blends, triblends, mesh, canvas, Lycra®, and spandex.

The Customer Service was phenomenal when I placed my order. However placing the order was very difficult and I’m honestly still confused. I also wish there was a way of learning how to fix the sizing and dpi on designs. My designs came very pixelated (after weeks of trying to make them right and confirmation from them that the designs looked good). I know it’s a user problem, I just wish the whole process was a little bit easier. Will continue to use company though. Delivery was VERY QUICK.
