For same day printing, if order value is over $500, please call 352-340-4343 option 2 to confirm availability.

For custom orders, we will print EXACTLY what is received. This includes backgrounds, photos of images, etc. Print ready art should be submitted as a high resolution, transparent PNG in RGB color mode or vector graphics. If we suspect your art is stolen, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order. DO NOT MIRROR YOUR ART.  WE DO NOT PRINT COPYRIGHT OR TRADEMARK ITEMS LIKE DISNEY, NIKE, NFL, ETC

This fee only covers the cost to expedite the PRODUCTION of your order. It does not cover faster shipping options. If you need your order in hand by a specific date, you will also need to consider the appropriate shipping method.  All orders ship from Spring Hill, FL.  Feel free to call our office if you need help determining the proper production and ship methods based on your location to receive your order on time.  

We are not able to check your files prior to printing. If you are unsure of your artwork, please work with a qualified graphic artist to help you with the final file formatting. We are not responsible for art issues.

ALL WEEKENDS AND MAJOR US HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED FROM TAT.

Order must be received by 11am EST on the previous business day to ship out of our office on the next business day.

For example, if placing an order on Monday and you need the transfers in hand on Thursday, you would need to select next day production and depending on where you are located in the US, you may need to select overnight or 2 Day air shipping. We ship from Spring Hill, FL.
