Sorry you feel this way. Our website clearly states our production is 5 business days. Your order was placed on Dec 3 and shipped on the 4th business day, December 9th. You selected USPS for delivery as opposed to UPS which also states delivery can range 1-15 days. UPS does offer faster delivery.

I loved the DTF I received. I also done a custom order and when I received it nothing changed it was just like the picture i sent them. It press wonderfully on the t-shirts and my customer loved it. Thanks again, i will be using again
