TURNAROUND TIME (PRODUCTION)
Normal production time is 4-5 business days. Weekends and holidays are NOT counted as production days. The first business day after you place your order is counted as day 1 of production. Production time does not include shipping time to your address. Your order status will show UNFULFILLED until has been printed and a shipping label has been placed on your package. Once the label is printed, your order status will update to FULFILLED. This means your order will leave our office that day or the next business day (depending on when the carriers arrive to pickup).
SHIPPING
Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located within the US. We ship using UPS and USPS. We offer free ground shipping on orders over $75 and will choose between these two carriers depending on the cost we are charged. All orders are shipped from our office in Spring Hill, FL.
We offer faster production options and faster shipping options. These are two SEPERATE options that can be made and are not inclusive of each other.
RUSH PRODUCTION (RUSH TURNAROUND)
Orders must be submitted by 1pm EST in order for the day your order is received to be counted as day 1 or for same day printing. We have 4 rush production options: same day, next day, 2 business day or 3 business day.
