Initially, we offered to have the order ready on Friday and you said Monday would be fine because your event was Tuesday. We had the order ready for pickup on Monday, despite the fact that the order was placed on Thursday at 5pm. I saw the event was for a Church and didn't even mention that we normally charge a rush fee and waived that so I could help support the mission.
You worked with my staff to create the color on the computer screen and agreed to the color/image as it was shown. We mentioned several times that matching the color of the Post-It note on the desk with CMYK printing is a challenging process. We printed the file as you approved it and have no way of knowing what is an acceptable variation in color according to your eye. Once your husband expressed his dissatisfaction with the color, I offered to print a color swatch grid but he declined. I am in no way 'blaming' anyone, I offered to create another shirt at no cost to you to and was simply trying to explain the complexities that exist in printing color. Color matching can be a process, unfortunately, you stated you did not have time to come by and choose a new color.
We refunded the $20 you paid the moment your husband left without the shirts. I've offered to make it right while your husband was here and in the 5 different comments you've left on Facebook. Not sure what else I can offer to do at this point.
