The watermark will not print on your ordered files.
You are purchasing a direct to film transfer that will require the use of a heat press. If this is your first time ordering from us or you are working with new fabric, we do recommend ordering a couple extra transfers so that you can determine the optimal time, temperature and pressure setting as each heat press does vary.
The film is a “cold peel” which means the film needs to be completely cool before attempting to peel the film away from the design.

Sent an email about an issue with one of the prints on 10/10z
Heard back from Denielle Lue but nothing was resolved.
The email I sent was the following:
To whom it may concern ,
It was my first time ordering. Love the quality of your print!
But I noticed on the senior mom print the white is not outlined in the middle of the design “of a” and there is some white that was also left on the print in the right side bottom, after The number three. I was needing several more of these prints but not sure if my customer will like as is.
My question, is this how the design is supposed to be or can I get one with the white outline over all of the letters?
